1. How much are your wedding gowns & What size do you stock?

We have over 500 dresses in store from sizes 6 to 30 prices ranging from £399 – £899. The average price is between £699 – £799 & all of our tea length dresses are at £599 or under

3. Do you stock plus size wedding dresses?

Yes WE DO! We stock wedding dresses up to size 30. We are very proud to say we have the largest plus size wedding dress collections in the Midlands. Many plus size brides travel hours to us to find their dream dress

5. do you stock tea length dresses?

Yes, WE DO. We probably have the largest tea length wedding dress collections in the Midlands. All of our tea length dresses are at £599

7. Do you sell prom dresses?

Yes, we do. We have a great selections of prom dresses from few different designers 

9. What are your payment options?

We accept payments by all major credit/debit cards, as well as cash and bank transfer. We do not accept cheques.

If you pay £50 deposit on the day, it will secure the dress for you for 2 weeks, then another £50 within 2 weeks if you are happy t go ahead with the purchase. Once you have paid £100 deposit, you will be able to go on our 3 – 4 months interest free payment plans to pay off the remaining balance.  

11. Do I need to make an appointment?

To provide you with the best experience, we are open 7 days a week by appointment only.  You can book your private appointment via our website / Facebook / Instagram /  Call / Text / Email

Accessories appointments are also required

13. If I find a dress I like but need more time to think about it? Will the dress still be available when I come back next time?

95% of the brides visit us purchase their dress off the peg. There’s a possibility the dress you fall in love with is sold by the time you come back to us. We have seen this happening so many times.

We understand buying your wedding dress is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make and once you have found your dream dress, you may want a little time to think before committing to buying it. Therefore, we are more than happy to place a dress on reserve for you for up to 14 days with a small deposit of £50 which is NON REFUNDABLE but will be deducted off the total of the dress should you choose to go ahead. If you change your mind, you MUST inform us within 14 days, then you can also use the deposit against the price of another dress or accessories. The deposit will become NON REFUNDABLE after 14 days.  

15. What are your opening times and do you have parking available?

We are open 7 days a week by appointment only. We can be flexible with the times, generally our appointments operate between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays and 11.00am to 4.00pm on Sundays. Evening appointments are available at request. The store is closed on all public holidays, unless appointments are booked in advance.

We have 2 free parking spaces in front of the shop. There are also many free parking spaces on the side streets.
